How to go to Boracay from Manila?
01 ✈️ Fly from Manila to Caticlan
Caticlan is the closest to Boracay (a 15-minute transfer), so it is recommended.
02 🚐 Land transfer to the port
From Caticlan Airport: Take a short tricycle or shuttle ride to Caticlan Jetty Port (10–15 minutes).
03 ⛴️ Ferry or Speed Boat to Boracay Island
Take a 15–20 minute ferry from Caticlan Jetty Port to Boracay Island.
04 🚐 Land Transfer to your Hotel
From the port, take a tricycle, e-trike, or hotel shuttle to your accommodation.
We highly recommend booking online in advance, either via a local Travel Agency or visiting Klook for Boracay Transfers for an easier experience.
Do I need an e-Travel pass?
For guests traveling from outside the Philippines, both Filipino citizens and foreign nationals are required to complete the Philippine e-Travel registration prior to departure. Please register your flight details online and keep a copy of your QR code, as it will be presented to immigration upon arrival.
How to go to Mövenpick Hotel?
If you’re not staying in Mövenpick:
- E-tricycles are available from the main roads.
- Private e-tricycles can range from P250 – P350.
- Some hotels offer free shuttle service.

Can I bring my kids?
While we adore your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening.
Should childcare be needed, the Mövenpick Hotel offers a babysitting service and a dedicated play area for kids. Kindly contact hotel.boracay.reservations@movenpick.com at least three (3) days prior to the event to make arrangements.
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a plus one, we’d be happy to welcome them. If not, we truly hope you understand. Due to limited seating, each seat has been thoughtfully reserved to keep our celebration intimate and personal.
How many days should I stay?
Since the wedding is on a Friday, we recommend arriving at least a day before to settle in and fully enjoy the celebration. For the best experience, consider making it a long weekend getaway, giving you time to relax, explore the island, enjoy the beach, or even squeeze in a little party and adventure. 🌴✨
Do I need Philippine Peso cash when exploring Boracay?
Yes, make sure to have Philippine Peso cash with you for e-tricycles, tip to the restaurants, boat rides, etc. Best to have currency exchange in Metro Manila before flying to the island.
